Des Moines

We made it this far on day one. Stiff but sound,and happy. Illinois is beautiful. Big farms, rolling green hills,and big sky. What I found most appealing were the white barns with the cupolas on top, like little mini barns only set in perpendicular on the top of the big barn. It was hard to get a good photo,zipping by on the interstate. I'll try to draw a picture of it. By the way, I have to post pictures on another site as I can not post them here from an iPad.
